Our founding inspiration
My husband Thomas and I, with our family, come from a European background that has always embraced the responsibility of the stronger for the weaker. We were raised with this principle, seeing it as our duty to society, especially as we have no children of our own. While many cultures focus on personal gain, we were taught to identify where help and support are most needed, ensuring our assistance empowers rather than incapacitates.
Our guiding principles
At The Ruzicka Foundation, our work is built upon core beliefs: trust, the conviction that sharing is caring, and a deep commitment to protection. We aim to foster positive change, however small, every single day, improving situations for those we support. We believe in empowering individuals and communities to overcome challenges, knowing that we are always there when they need us.

Our efforts have led to remarkable transformations. We have successfully renaturated barren land, restoring it to its natural African beauty. Furthermore, we have guided vulnerable children from difficult circumstances to become employed, successful young individuals, building their own thriving careers.
